Program Information

Mindcast Strategy’s Goals Mastermind is a seven-month program expanded around an in-person, goal planning day. The program includes eleven virtual meetings for the purpose of education and collaboration, access to resources for additional learning, and coaching to build sustainable practices. Participants should plan 60-90 minutes per week for personal reflection, homework, and meetings over the course of 27 weeks.

Registration is open for the Winter 2024 Cohort, meeting from September 2024 to March 2025. The registration fee of $850 can be paid in full at the time of registration or by monthly installments over the course of the program. Full payment is required regardless of participation through the conclusion of the program.

Registration closes on Monday, September 9, 2024.

Format

The combination of coaching, virtual collaboration, in-person planning, and ongoing education creates a holistic and dynamic learning environment. You are not only equipped with the knowledge and skills you need but are also empowered to take actionable steps towards your goals. This program structure ensures that you have the support and resources necessary to thrive, both during the program and beyond.

Cohort meetings will be virtual from 10:00 to 11:30 AM (EST), with the exception of our in-person planning day. Our time together will flex between educational sessions and peer group discussions. In November, we will meet together around the table in Richmond, Virginia from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM for a deep dive into setting our goals and developing a plan for success. Lunch will be catered.

Agenda

Your mastermind experience will begin as soon as you register. A digital welcome packet will get you in the mindset and help you form a solid foundation for your journey. The earlier you register, the more time you have to steep in these preparatory exercises.

The mastermind begins in late September with our first cohort meeting and continues every other week through the first of December. We will take a break for the busy holiday seasons and resume every other week from January to March.

A detailed calendar is available here.

Resources

Mindcast Strategy utilizes the collaboration tools in Microsoft 365. This allows us to stay connected with appointments, tasks, accountability, and share information in real time. You will need to have a Microsoft account to participate in the mastermind. Sign up for the free version of Microsoft 365 here.

Resources may also be recommended from Audible; however, a subscription to Audible is not required.

Expectations

Participation in this program assumes that you have identified values and a mission, or defined long-range success, for your organization. If these elements are not yet articulated in a business plan or foundational document, time should be devoted to sketching them out prior to starting the program.

Time is one of our most precious and scarce resources. Our virtual meetings will be focused and facilitated to make the most of the minutes we have set aside for learning and growth. You will be asked to honor your cohort members by minimizing distractions and being fully present to the conversation.

The dates for our virtual and in-person meetings are set and available here. Map out these dates on your calendar now, to ensure you are available for each session – they will not be recorded. Success is best achieved through committed and consistent efforts. If you choose to invest fiscal resources to this experience, follow through by investing yourself as well.
